Having come from multiple districts where there were designation systems in place, like Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA), I understand the work involved. We know that through this initiative, we are creating opportunities for teachers to receive additional compensation utilizing teacher observations and student growth. In Alief, student growth is key.
